The compassion for helpers inititive supports organizations and providers working with individuals, groups, or communities that have  experienced adversity, trauma, or loss. We strive to strengthen the well-being and health of communities by supporting those working in service to others through opportunities for insight, healing and action that sustain people in their work, help them thrive professionally and personally,  and better serve the populations being served.

Workshops, presentations, and consultation are offered to organizations and providers to help promote sustainability of their work  and build resilience. Those who may benefit include:
