The compassion for helpers initiative supports providers and organizations working with individuals, groups, or communities that have experienced stress, adversity, trauma, or loss. Dr. Gupta strives to support the well-being and health of communities by supporting those working in service to others through opportunities for insight, healing and action that sustain people in their work, help them thrive professionally and personally, and better serve the populations they work with.
Dr. Gupta provides workshops, presentations, and consultations to organizations and providers to help promote sustainability of their work and build resilience.
